I enlisted the help of my littles for transferring the first round of plants. I guess this is a good problem to have, but they are growing quickly and needed a bigger space for their roots to grow!
The kiddos were a great help for about 20 minutes and then they got bored with transferring the dirt. They then each wanted their own pea plant and pretty sure I sacrificed 2 by handing them over.
When all was said and done the cucumbers, watermelon, cantaloupe, beans and peas were all in solo cups. In a few weeks the rest of the plants will have to be transferred and these cold weather plants and seeds will be heading outside!
