Wonderful Weekend of Work

We had a wonderful weekend and after being inside in the freezing Minnesota weather, we couldn’t wait to be outside in the warmth and sunshine.  We ended up working many hours on our garden boxes and had trip after trip to the nursery to fill it up with dirt.  After 3.5 yards of top soil, compost, peat moss and a little sand (for my parsnips, onions, carrot and onion bed) we were done and exhausted.  Thankfully we have 2 little helper bees that “love to work” and get their hands dirty!
